Welcome to Metta Yoga with Sue!
Please come join Sue for a full yoga experience at one of her various locations! Your practice will include themed classes: Asanas (yoga postures); Pranayama (breath work) and Dhyana (meditation). Additionally, your practice will focus on loving kindness, acceptance, forgiveness and gratitude. Techniques are incorporated from Kripalu, Anusara and Insight Meditation. Ultimately, you will learn that you are your own "teacher," and I will be your guide.

- We are all unique and classes will be tailored with variations according to your level. Therefore props are encouraged when needed.
- Trust that you will be supported to honor your feelings when your body tells you to either "stop" or "draw back."
- The tone of my class is non-competitive and supportive which creates an accepting community among all students.
